2. Conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds
2.1 We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any of Our products unless:
- the product that You have received is the not what You ordered for i.e., a wrong order has been delivered to You; or
- the product You have received has a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged; or
- the product You have ordered becomes unavailable after You have placed the order.
2.2 In the event any product delivered to You is the wrong product or is damaged (as mentioned in paragraph 2.1 (a) and (b) above), You must return the product delivered to You in an unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition along with all labels, tags, receipts and other packaging which came along with such a product. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any product in the event the product is missing the tags/packaging or looks used/worn/washed.
2.3 In the event the product You have ordered becomes unavailable after You have placed the order, the User may, at its option, either request for a full refund (for that particular product) or receive a credit note/voucher (of an equivalent amount) to purchase other products on Our Website.
2.4 We will not incur any costs including shipping or insurance charges for products that are being returned and You shall be responsible for the same until it reaches Us. The User is advised to send the product using a delivery service that insures the product for the value of the goods.
2.5 Subject to paragraph 2.3 above, all returns and exchanges will only be on credit basis. A credit note/voucher will be sent to the billing address and/or to the e-mail id provided by You. Please note that all credit notes can only be used for products that are available on Our Website and no special orders or customizations will be entertained for purchases made using credit notes/vouchers. All credit notes are exclusive of shipping and handling charges. The credit notes/vouchers can only be redeemed or utilised on one invoice and not on multiple invoices or in instalments. In case the credit note exceeds the invoice of the exchanged/returned product, the difference must be paid by the User and if the amount is lesser than the credit note, then the User will not be refunded the balance amount.
2.6 For products that were specially ordered or customised by You, We do not accept returns/exchange or refund since all items have been customised as per Your request and post Your approval according to Your measurements. In the event such a product is found to be defective/damaged upon delivery to You, please return the product to Us and We will send You a product that is not defective.
3. Cancellation and Modification of Orders
3.1 In the event You wish to modify or cancel Your order, please inform Us at the earliest. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order begins to process from Our store, We cannot guarantee the modification/cancellation of such an order.

3.3 In the event of a cancellation, please note that you will be charged 30% of the total price of the product. This amount will be deducted from the invoice amount and the balance amount will be refunded to You. The cancellation charges are to cover the costs incurred by Us for the cancellation of such order. Please note that the User will not be charged any cancellation charges if We do not incur any costs while cancelling Your order.
4. Process for Returns/Exchanges
4.1 We closely inspect every product that leaves Our store and make every effort to ensure that the product delivered to You is in good condition meeting Our quality control standards. However, if You feel that the product You have received is damaged/defective (variation in colour, handwork or texture of fabric do not form grounds for damaged/defective), You must, within 3 (three) days of receipt of delivery of the product, take photographs of the damaged/defective product along with its tags and in its original packaging and inform Us of the same on firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product to Us at : Vaishali Agarwal, Plot no 1346, Road #68, Near Ulavacharu, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, 500033 by way of courier. The product being returned must reach Us within 7 (seven) days from its delivery to You in case of domestic orders, and within 12 days for international services.
4.2 Upon receipt of the product, We will inspect it and process Your credit note/voucher (provided the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2.2 above are met).
4.3 Please note that if the User fails to (a) inform Us of such defect/damage to the product and share photographs of the same with Us within 3 (three) days of receipt of delivery of the product; and (b) ensure that the product reaches Us within 7 (seven) days for domestic shipping and 12 days for international shipping from its delivery to the User, the User is not entitled to an exchange/return under Our Returns Policy.
4.4 Please note that products sold on sale or at discounted prices or under other offers are a final sale cannot be returned under any circumstances.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 All Our all shipping and delivery are handled by third party service providers.
5.2 All products purchased from Our Website will be delivered to the address provided by You at checkout. Therefore, please ensure that You verify the address before confirming the order and completing the transaction to avoid delivery to an incorrect address.
5.3 All products will only be dispatched upon the credit/clearance of the payment from Your bank and the tracking information of the order will be sent to You within 48 (forty eight) hours of dispatching the package/order from Our store.
5.4 All estimated timelines provided for the product’s shipping/delivery are indicative and We do not guarantee delivery of the product as per any of the indicative timelines mentioned prior to Your checkout (due to the prevailing Covid – 19 crisis and restrictions across various states in the country, orders could take longer than usual to get delivered. We request Your support and patience in this regard).
5.5 All prices listed on Our Website are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of shipping/delivery costs. The shipping and handling costs for products purchased from Our Website are subject to the location of the delivery.
** The customer/purchaser will bear all costs such as international shipping charges and applicable duties & taxes for deliveries to any location outside India.
